Celebrity chef Adam Swanson has partnered with the Barossa Weintal Hotel to bring you a brand new restaurant in Tanunda, Barossa Valley. Only an hour from the Adelaide CBD, Barossa Cucina will be serving traditional Italian-style food as well as classic staples, featuring the best local ingredients, all served in a modern, relaxed, family-friendly environment and most importantly well priced.

Adam Swanson heads up Mediterranean restaurant Zucca at Holdfast Shores in Glenelg. His television series, Adam’s Pasta Pilgrimage, has aired nationally on the Seven Network and he is a regular on TV cooking shows Ready, Steady Cook, Everyday Gourmet, Good Chef Bad Chef and Out of the Blue.
