Adam Swanson heads up Mediterranean restaurant Zucca at Holdfast Shores in Glenelg. His television series, Adam’s Pasta Pilgrimage, has aired nationally on the Seven Network and he is a regular on TV cooking shows Ready, Steady Cook, Everyday Gourmet, Good Chef Bad Chef and Out of the Blue.
